As an Estimating & Preconstruction Coordinator at Boldt, you'll help drive successful project pursuits by supporting our Estimating, Preconstruction, Business Development, and Operations teams throughout the proposal and preconstruction process. You'll coordinate bid and proposal activities, assist with prequalification packages, maintain project documentation and plan room postings, support subcontractor and vendor outreach, help prepare estimate and proposal review materials, and ensure key deadlines and deliverables are met. You'll also support preconstruction budgeting and design management efforts through document control, action item tracking, schedule updates, bid package coordination, and meeting support, playing a critical role in keeping teams organized, informed, and positioned for success from opportunity pursuit through project planning.
The anticipated salary range for this position is $57,000.00 - $78,000.00 annually. This information reflects the anticipated base salary for this position based on current market data. Minimums and maximums may vary based on location. Actual pay will be adjusted based on an individual’s skills, experiences, education, and other job-related factors permitted by law.

What You Bring
  • Bachelor's Degree in Construction Management, Engineering or other related degree required. An equivalent combination of education, training and/or experience may be considered in lieu of a degree.
  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft O365
  • Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities effectively
  • Comfortable working collaboratively across project teams and field environments
  • A valid driver’s license may be required. Individuals in this role may be subject to an annual Motor Vehicle Records check. The outcome of any MVR checks conducted may negatively impact the persons’ ability to participate in any vehicle program provided by the company, including but not limited to the ability to drive a personal vehicle on behalf of The Boldt Company or rent a vehicle through for business travel purposes.
