Location

Sacramento, California – This is a full-time on-site position offering close collaboration with attorneys and staff in a professional office environment.

Note

Applicants must have recent commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience. Residential real estate experience alone will not be considered.

Job Description

  • Support attorneys on commercial real estate transactions from inception through closing.
  • Prepare, review, and organize transactional documents.
  • Assist with commercial purchase and sale agreements, leases, financing documents, and closing binders.
  • Coordinate due diligence, title, survey, and closing documentation.
  • Manage transaction timelines and communicate with clients, lenders, title companies, and other parties.
  • Maintain organized case files and transactional records.
  • Assist with entity formation and organizational documents as needed.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years of commercial real estate transactional paralegal experience.
  • Experience supporting acquisitions, dispositions, leasing, and financing transactions.
  • Strong document management and organizational skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple transactions simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
