Sales Support Representative

We supply to the nation's top retail chains, independent, and online retailers as well as commercial projects. This is an onsite position.

JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Qualifies prospective customers and distributes leads to sales team
• Leads the outbound contact process, monitors emails, and distributes leads
• Fosters good client relationships and monitors customer service across all functions to resolve issues and engender client satisfaction
• Engages with potential clients to understand their needs and assist them in selecting from our product offerings
• Calculates inventory levels and freight quotes for ground orders
• Assists salespeople with managing, maintaining, and optimizing existing accounts
• Enters leads into Product Database and MailChimp

• Ability to exercise independent judgment and discretion in performance duties
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications
• Ability to impact sales by generating and contacting leads
• Attention to detail and accuracy
• Basic knowledge of sales principles and customer relationship management
• Ability to navigate competing priorities, allocate resources appropriately, mitigate associated challenges, and excellent time management skills
• Strong interpersonal skills, organization, and communication skills
• Strong presentation skills
• Experience in the furniture industry is a plus but not required
