Total Compensation
- Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
(Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment) - Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
- Monthly incentive opportunities up to $2,500/month
- Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
- Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

Clinic Overview

What You’ll Do
- Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
- Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
- Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
- Educate patients and families on injury prevention & recovery
- Accurately document all care within the EMR
- Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and cross-disciplinary providers
- Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer standards
Qualifications
- Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
- Active (or eligible) California PT license
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Commitment to patient-first, evidence-based care
- New graduates are encouraged to apply
