Physical Therapist (Full-Time) – Outpatient Orthopedics

At Pacific Rehabilitation & Sports Therapy, you’ll receive mentorship, training, and long-term support as you help patients return to the activities they love.

Total Compensation

  • Approximately $140,000–$160,000 total annual compensation
    (Base salary + incentives + CEU reimbursement + sign-on + loan repayment)
  • Base Salary: $95,000–$115,000 (DOE)
  • Monthly incentive opportunities up to $2,500/month
  • Sign-on bonus up to $7,500
  • Student loan reimbursement up to $25,000

  • Manual therapy & soft-tissue techniques
  • Post-operative rehabilitation

What You’ll Do

  • Evaluate and treat patients in an outpatient orthopedic setting
  • Create individualized, evidence-based treatment plans
  • Deliver manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and functional rehab
  • Educate patients and families on injury prevention & recovery
  • Accurately document all care within the EMR
  • Collaborate with PTs, support staff, and cross-disciplinary providers
  • Maintain compliance with state, federal, and payer standards

Qualifications

  • Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) or equivalent
  • Active (or eligible) California PT license
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Commitment to patient-first, evidence-based care
  • New graduates are encouraged to apply
