Are You the One They Call When It Has to Be Done Right?
Most technicians just fix what's broken. You install it right, service it right, and own it until it performs the way it should.
At DuraServ, we're building an elite team of technicians who install, service, and maintain the commercial dock and door systems that keep our customers' businesses moving. If you take pride in your craft, thrive on solving real mechanical challenges, and want the trust to run your work like a professional — this role is built for you.
THE MISSION

Highly Accountable: You manage your work, tools, and time like it's your own business.
Installation & Service Capable: Comfortable with new installs, preventive maintenance, and complex repairs.
Professional & Respectful: Your conduct represents the brand as much as your technical skill.
A Competitor: You take pride in being the technician who handles the jobs others can't.
WHAT'S IN IT FOR YOU
We Don't Just Fix Doors. We Keep Commerce Moving.
If you're ready to install, service, and own work you're proud to put your name on — we want to talk to you. Apply today.
