CNC Machinists — $26.00–$37.00/hr (based on experience)

CNC Operators — $22.00–$30.00/hr (based on experience)
What a Day Looks Like
As a CNC Machinist, you will:
- Set up and run CNC equipment with confidence.
- Interpret blueprints and job travelers to plan your work.
- Dial in tooling and make precise offset adjustments.
- Inspect finished parts to verify accuracy and quality.
- Support a team environment—ideal for experienced machinists and strong operators ready to step up.
As a CNC Operator, you will:
- Load and unload CNC mills, lathes, or other machines.
- Keep an eye on cycle progress and production output.
- Perform basic in-process quality checks.
- Assist with tooling changes and machine adjustments as needed.

What You Bring
- Prior CNC machining or CNC operating experience preferred
- Setup experience is a plus
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Experience on CNC mills, lathes, or similar equipment
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable and open to working overtime when needed
