Position Overview
The Blue Oaks Breakaway Director is a campus-based leadership role responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing all aspects of Bayside’s Breakaway camp in collaboration with the Global Breakaway directive and the campus Kids Pastor. This position provides strategic leadership, manages logistics, registration, and budgets, and builds and supports strong teams of staff and volunteers to create a fun, safe, and spiritually impactful camp experience for children. The Breakaway Director works closely with Bayside leadership and ministry teams to ensure excellence in vision, organization, and execution at the campus level.
