What You'll Be Doing

As a Barista at Pistachio and Cream, you’ll be at the heart of our café, ensuring every customer leaves with a smile and their favorite drink in hand. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing and serving a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and other menu items to perfection.
  • Engaging with customers to provide friendly and attentive service.
  • Maintaining a clean and organized workspace, including equipment and seating areas.
  • Handling transactions accurately and efficiently at the register.
  • Assisting with inventory management and restocking supplies as needed.
  • Bringing your creativity and expertise to enhance our café’s offerings.

What We're Looking For

We’re seeking a Barista with the following qualifications:

  • 3 years of barista experience in a café or similar setting.
  • Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and equipment.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • A positive attitude and a passion for coffee culture.
