We are currently looking for outgoing, enthusiastic, motivated and responsible individuals to join our team. The primary purpose of this position is to plan, carry-out, evaluate and accomplish various tasks relative to the handling of our client’s medical kiosk host sites.  Request, receives, examines, identifies, segregates, stores, delivers, and properly the hyper care of the onsite care of our client.

Responsibilities
  • Conduct outreach, recruitment, and relationship management with kiosk host sites through cold calling, site visits, and ongoing engagement.

  • Evaluate, recruit, and onboard eligible host sites in support of product stewardship programs (EX: medication, sharps, inhaler).

  • Coordinate kiosk installations with vendors and host sites, ensuring compliance with safety protocols and program requirements.

  • Perform functional inspections, audits, troubleshooting, and ongoing support of kiosk host sites.

  • Manage take-back events and oversee on-site personnel.

  • Orient and support kiosk host site managers, including representatives from law enforcement, pharmacies, medical offices, clinics, and hospitals.

  • Distribute and support mail-back materials and stations as needed.

  • Provide marketing and informational materials (flyers, posters, signage, POS materials) to current and prospective sites.

  • Ensure all required documentation is complete, accurate, and compliant.

  • Capture and report program data to support internal and external reporting requirements.

  • Provide regular progress updates to meet project objectives and timelines.

  • Overnight travel. Could be extensive, including overnight stays (up to 3–4 nights per week) for weeks at a time.



Qualifications
  • Outgoing, energetic, and comfortable engaging with individuals and groups.

  • Ability to understand and comply with DEA, state, and local regulations related to kiosk, take-back, and mail-back programs.

  • Strong judgment to assess host site eligibility and ensure program compliance.

  • Proven ability to close interested sites and convert them into active kiosk hosts.

  • Self-motivated, independent contributor who also works well as part of a team.

  • Previous experience in technical, sales, outreach, or ambassador roles preferred but not required.

  • Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 8 hours).

  • Reliable transportation and willingness to travel extensively.

  • Fluent in written and verbal English communication.

  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office.

  • Willingness to adhere to health and safety guidelines, including use of provided PPE.

  • Hepatitis B vaccination required.
