Qualifications
- Previous lead experience.
- Excellent attendance
- Self-starter with strong initiative
- Good floor refinishing and carpet cleaning skills.
- Solid history of building security procedures
- Demonstrated ability communicate effectively with the public, clients, employees and ABM
- Good history of following and enforcing company and client policies.
- Demonstrated ability to correct customer complaints immediately
- History of safe work practices
- Great organizational skills.
- Must be a great ambassador for ABM and a strong member of the ABM family
- Must speak well of ABM and represent the company well
- Willingness and availability to participate in training requirements as directed by ABM
