We are seeking an enthusiastic and outgoing individual to join our team as an Entry Level Event Assistant. This role is perfect for people who enjoy interacting with others and want to help create memorable experiences at events and community programs.

As an Event Assistant, you will support a variety of community and public events, helping with setup, engaging with attendees, and ensuring events run smoothly. No prior experience is required — full training is provided.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist with setup, coordination, and breakdown of events
  • Engage with attendees to share information and answer questions
  • Encourage participation and create a welcoming event experience
  • Distribute materials and resources as needed
  • Support team members in meeting event goals
  • Track basic attendance and engagement metrics
