We are currently seeking experienced CNC Milling Supervisors for both day and night shifts at a well-established, growth-oriented manufacturing facility in Elk Grove Village.

What You’ll Do

• Lead and supervise CNC milling operations on the shop floor
• Oversee production schedules, workflow, and team performance
• Provide hands-on support with setups, troubleshooting, and process improvements
• Ensure quality standards and on-time delivery are consistently met
• Train, mentor, and develop machinists and operators
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to optimize efficiency

What We’re Looking For

• Strong background in CNC milling (setup + machining experience required)
• Previous leadership or supervisory experience in a manufacturing environment
• Ability to manage teams, prioritize production, and solve problems quickly
• Experience with tight-tolerance machining and quality standards
• Familiarity with tooling, feeds/speeds, and process optimization
