Position: Part-time Clinical Assistant

Essential Functions
Direct supervision and direct support to clients
Propose and develop individualized programs based on goals.
Advance treatment targets systematically
Assist with data analysis and program modifications.
Assist in development and implementation of behavior intervention plans.
Conducts caregiver education training on site.
Ensure client clinical documentation is completed accurately for every session.
Administers assessment tools (curriculum based, non-standardized assessments)
Assists with Functional Behavior Assessment and/or Functional Analysis under Regional and/or BCBA Clinical Supervisor.
Assists with report writing.
Completes treatment integrity checks with team members.
Completes evaluations and provides constructive feedback to team members on site.
Maintains administrative duties such as creating schedules and converting own timesheets.
Skills and Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field and 12+ semester units in ABA. BCaBA is a plus and MA/MS degree in progress is preferred.
Ideally a minimum of two years of experience and advanced training (in a Case Manager or related position) in Applied Behavior Analysis.
Ability to communicate to support a variety of learning styles and the ability to inspire, motivate, elevate and mentor individuals through constructive feedback.
Exceptional interpersonal skills.
Excellent time management skills
Ability to maintain confidentiality pertaining to clients, therapists, staff and any other protected health information.
Enjoys teaching and interacting with children.
Applicants must have a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and reliable transportation to and from client homes.
Education/Experience: Master’s degree in applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Education or related field, BCaBA preferred. Minimum two years of experience and advanced training (in a Case Manager or related position) in Applied Behavior Analysis
Physical Requirements: Must have eye/hand/foot coordination, finger/fine dexterity and be able to handle/grip/squeeze and perform repetitive activity. Must be capable of lifting/carrying up to 20 pounds, and be able to push/pull, stoop/bend, kneel, walk, sit, stand and reach.
